BNBM PLC boasts 21 PVC-U plastic profile extrusion lines with the designed annual capacity of 30 thousand tons. Products include plastic profiles and super insulation-bridge aluminum-plastic profile. PVC-U plastic profiles consist of 88, 80 and 60 series, including more than 50 types of primary and secondary profiles in total. In addition to the white profile, BNBM PLC also produces varied color profiles, which may meet various requirements of developers, design institutes and end-users. It is up to 6,000 hours for plastic profile in terms of weathering resistance property (only 2 companies in China have met the standard), thereby ensuring color fastness in 50 years; international standard specifies that the fillet weld strength of profile shall be 3000N, while the strength of BNBM PLC profile is up to 10500N. Even the average fillet weld strength is not lower than 4500N, far surpassing the requirement of the national standard. Windows made of BNBM PLC profiles are solid and free from deformation and crack. In 2003, the plastic profile of BNBM was awarded the title of National Product Exemption from Quality Inspection issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine
